Patient Portal
Our new patient portal is here! We are very excited to offer a new, advanced, secure portal for our families that you can access anywhere, anytime, from your computer, phone, or tablet!
If you were registered for our old portal, you will need to register again for the new portal. There are two ways to register:
We will give you your child’s PIN number to register then for your portal account before or at the time of your appointment. All of your children should be under your one account. We may also give you your PIN number at your request or when you need other services from the portal. We cannot set up every patient at once!
Once you have your PIN number, follow the instructions on this page.
We can also set up your portal account and send you a welcome email with a link in it. However, this should be used only for one of your children; you should add the others with a PIN. Do NOT use another welcome email for other children; you will likely be creating multiple portal accounts for your family and they will not all be linked. We do not recommend doing it this way in most cases. However, in some cases you may receive this email from us. Click on the link and follow the instructions.

The portal offers secure access to your child’s medical records, and allows secure and efficient communication between you and our office. With the portal, you can:
- Request appointments
- Get links to surveys to complete electronically before your child’s well visit
- Communicate regarding referrals
- View lab and test results
- Request refills
- Get after-visit instructions and links to handouts and helpful resources
- Update your family’s demographic information
- View statements and billing information
- Pay your bill
- Communicate with your child’s care team
- View your child’s vaccine records, growth charts, problem list, medications, and visit information
- Print medical records you need if you move for your child’s next doctor
