We love children. We believe in them. We want them to have the very best and brightest future, to achieve all their hopes and dreams. We believe that children are a blessing from God and our heritage (Psalm 127:3), and we exist to do everything we can to ensure that they become healthy, happy adults, reach their fullest potential, and go on to raise another generation of healthy, happy children themselves. Helping children live, grow, thrive, and succeed, for a lifetime of health and wellbeing – that is our passion, privilege, and joy.

What we do. We strive to provide the most comprehensive, up-to-date, evidence-based, highest quality pediatric care available. We continuously refine and improve what we do and how we do it, in an efficient, cost-effective manner that serves both patients and staff. Excellence is the foundation of all we do because we ultimately seek to honor God in all that we do.

Caring

How we do it. We strive to provide the best pediatric care in a compassionate and empathetic manner. We are all human; each of us is made in the image of God, and all people – patients, families, employees, and everyone we encounter – deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. Each of us is a parent or a family member ourselves; our goal is to provide the kind of care for children and their families that we would want for our own selves and family members.

Service

Why we do it. We are here to serve others: to serve the needs of our patients and families, our staff family, and our community. Our relationship with our patients is better defined as a covenant rather than a contract. Our goal is to make a difference in every life we touch, and for every child and family to have the very best patient experience possible, to love our neighbor as ourselves.
