The Georgia Department of Public Health announced this afternoon that they are investigating several possible cases of lead poisoning from the cinnamon applesauce pouches recalled several days ago. There are 22 cases so far in the US but no confirmed cases in Georgia. We recommend a lead test for any children who have eaten these products.
