The CDC has issued the 2015 immunization schedule for children and adolescents. It has not changed much from the 2014 schedule. Every year, the flu vaccine recommendations for children under nine are modified slightly since they need either one or two doses each year depending on which vaccine strains they received in the past compared with the current vaccine. Also, infants 6-11 months of age who are traveling internationally should receive the MMR (measles-mumps-rubella) vaccine prior to travel.
